Discover the Self-Assessment Tool for Territorial and Local Development Strategies (SAT4TER)
The SAT4TER is an easy-to-use, free and anonymous tool for authorities and interested stakeholders that are responsible for building or updating integrated territorial development strategies. Such strategies are the ones under the Policy Objective 5, specific objective 2 (as specified in Article 3, paragraph (e) of the Regulation (EU) 2021/1058 (2021-2027)) or more precisely to Integrated approaches and strategies in non-urban settings.
Based on the Handbook of Territorial and Local Development strategies, SAT4TER focuses on 6 building blocks of territorial development
- a strategic vision for the sustainable development of non-urban areas.
- integration across spatial territorial scales
- multi-level and multi-stakeholder governance
- integration across sectors
- integration of multiple sources of funding.
- monitoring and consolidating a result-oriented strategies
